Before withdrawing a student from the school, a month's notice is to be given or a month's fee in lieu of such notice.
The transfer certificate will be issued to those who apply for it with a fee of Rs. 150. The application form for the transfer certificate can be obtained from the student's school diary. The transfer certificate will be given after seven days from the time the application is submitted.
The Transfer Certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been cleared in full, and that too only on receipt of written application from the Parent / Guardian.
Any student failing two years in succession in the same class or failing twice in three consecutive years will be asked to shift to another stream or school as the student is not able to keep up to the demands of the school and school leaving certificate will be granted on request.
Students whose attendance is irregular, who do not pay their fees, who are habitually late or absent, or lazy or disobedient or dishonest, whose conduct is injurious to the moral tone of the school or incompatible with strict discipline, or whose sickness is liable to be injurious to other students may be dismissed.
Uniform:
The school uniform is compulsory on all class days and at school functions. Pupil must come to the school neat and tidy, in complete and correct uniform daily. Whenever the complete or correct uniform cannot be worn, permission to attend school must be obtained on the Regularity Record under 'UNIFORM'.
Defaulters maybe fined or sent back home and an entry will be made in the diary.
Exemption to wear school uniform will be granted to a pupil on his/her birthday or any other extra ordinary day determined by the school authorities. On such occasions a student can wear decent or modest colour dress of his/her own.
Winter Uniform
Daily uniform with blazer and navy blue scarf or navy blue monkey cap (Standards)
Daily uniform with navy blue sweater (K.G. Section)
Assessment and promotion;
Promotion at the end of the year will be based on attendance, continuous assessments - 40% marks in every subject, work done during the year and over all conduct record.
Breach of any of the regulations of conduct at examinations or discipline in or outside the examination hall or the use of unfair means, even if discovered subsequently, will merit the cancellation of the particular paper and the student concerned will be awarded a zero and it will be entered as a general remark in the office documentation.
Days kept for open house (checking the answer sheets) at the end of each semester exams, are the only available timings for the Parents / Guardians to come to the school to check the answer sheets ofthe pupil. No Parent or Guardian is allowed to take the answer sheets / compositions and other study materials which is ofthe pupil but kept in the school office or in the staff room.
Regularity Record:
Absence from the school without leave is not tolerated except when the cause is sudden illness or unforeseen circumstances in which the information must be given at the earliest.
Leave of absence is sanctioned with a written application made by the Parent/Guardian stating the reason, which must be a serious one. Such reasons as holidays, excursions, festivals, urgent business, time to study for an examination are not considered sufficient.
An absence due to illness for two or more days, besides being entered in the Regularity Record under ABSENT' must be accompanied by doctor's prescription.
If an unauthorized absence from school exceeds 15 calendar days, the students name maybe struck off from the rolls and he/ she may not be readmitted to school. For long term sickness, a letter must be given to the school for every 15 days giving the necessary details.
It is mandatory for the students to attend the school on days marked compulsory attendance. Defaulters are to seek readmission to the school. In case of sickness, the matter must be notified to the principal on the same day with relevant medical documents.
